Addictions Institute

The Addictions Institute will impart knowledge to national and international educational institutions, giving students access to information that will help alter professional and societal attitudes about addiction. This point of view will foster the creation of a culture that supports addiction recovery and increases knowledge, understanding and professionalism in the support and treatment of addicted people and their families.

Lunch will be provided before or after each lecture, at which time funding opportunities for students and faculty interested in research in the addictions field will be discussed. For more information about the workshops and to RSVP for lunch, please contact Jessica López at 858.635.4468 or jlopez4@alliant.edu.
