Material about ethics usually focuses on professional codes regarding boundaries and confidentiality. Preventing breaches in confidentiality, exploitation, and dual relationships is indeed very important given the egregious violations that can occur and the very real concerns about liability and litigation for professionals regulated by professional licensing boards.
